1. Open App Store app and check whether you're logged into the same account that was used for the purchase.
2. Check that the subscription is listed among other active subscriptions in your App Store account.
3. Open Oji and click Top Up or Pro button in the upper left screen corner.
4. Force close the app and start it again.
Also, it might be helpful to re-install Gio.
1. Open Google Play Market app and check all of your accounts: you should use the same account that was used for the purchase of the subscription. We recommend you to use only one account instead of several ones on Google Play Market.
2. Make sure that the subscription is listed in your Google Play account settings, among other active subscriptions.
3. Once you're sure which account on Google Play was used for the purchase, re-install Gio using the correct account on Google Play.
* Please note, it is not possible to transfer purchases from Apple to Google and vice versa.
