If you have the impression that some Gio coins are missing or were not received, we advise you to first try to figure out the situation on your own:
- Check that you’re using the correct Apple or Google account on App Store/Google Play and in Gio.
- Restart the app. It will help to update the information.
- Use the Restore purchase button in the settings.
- Check that the transaction was successful. It can be done in your Google Play or App Store account payment history. Sometimes money can appear as withdrawn but indeed the transaction wasn’t finished and the funds will be refunded back to you within a few days.
- Try to remember how many edits you've done recently.

Please, kindly describe the situation as detailed as possible and attach a screenshot of the Store's receipt. It must show the transaction date, price and the transaction ID (for Google Play: GPA.Number).
Please note, we cannot use bank receipts or notifications alerts to review your case. We can only process store receipts.
