Sometimes the processing time can be increased due to high demand.
If the generation process is still active, force close Gio (swipe it up) and open the app again.
❗️ Do not delete Gio before you get the results, and do not change logins, as it might cause further issues.
If a generation process is not displayed in your Gio profile:
- Try to upload your photos again and to start the process again from scratch. Choose the same option as purchased (the same style, the same number of photos) previously. There should be no payment in this case.
If you constantly get error messages, or cannot re-start the generation, please get in touch with us via Settings -> Help -> Send feedback.
Describe the situation as detailed as possible and attach screenshots of error messages, as we all as a screenshot of the app store's receipt (App Store or Google Play).
Please note, we cannot use bank receipts or notifications alerts to review your case. We can only process store receipts.
